Pour-over coffee being brewed

How to Brew

Make the ritual

Three ways to brew MyCelia. Same grounds, same grounding — pick the method that fits your morning.

The golden measure: 2 tbsp per 8oz

Heat your filtered water to your desired temperature, we recommend between 195–205°F. Use a touch more coffee grounds for a bolder cup, or slightly less for a lighter cup.

Pour Over

Bright, clean, and aromatic — the most expressive way to taste the roast.

1

Dampen filter, add 2 tbsp of MyCelia grounds, shake lightly until level

2

Pour enough hot water to wet the grounds — let bloom for 30 seconds

3

Pour the remaining hot water, forming small circles over the wet grounds. Total brew 2–4 minutes.

Drip

Easy, hands-off, and consistent — the everyday morning pot.

1

Add 2 tbsp of grounds per 8oz to the basket, use a filter if necessary.

2

Fill the reservoir with filtered water and press start.

3

Let it finish, about 5 minutes, then pour and settle in.

Espresso

Concentrated and full-bodied — the base for a latte or a quick lift.

1

Dose and tamp a level shot of finely ground MyCelia.

2

Lock in and pull for about 25–30 seconds.

3

Drink neat, or steam milk for a grounding latte.
